Agree the plan — MOU and price in writing
Once the demo satisfies you, we put the plan on paper: number of students, which exams, the price per student and the term.
- Prices are per student for 365 days.
- Unlimited printed question papers with OMR come with the College package.
- Pay online (UPI, card, net banking) or by cheque / demand draft / NEFT with a payment challan; a receipt is emailed to you.
You get: a signed MOU and a paid receipt

Your college is set up — name, logo and classes

- Six standard classes are ready on day one: 11th and 12th — PCM, PCB and PCMB.
- Each student sees only the subjects of their own group, so a PCB student never gets a Maths paper.

Add your students — one Excel file
Import your student list from Excel — name, roll number, mobile, email and class. A login ID and password are created for every student automatically.

What it costs your college
Per student, for 365 days.
Your College price depends on the exams you choose and the number of students. We share it when we meet you or on a call, and it is written into the MOU before any payment — please
ask on WhatsApp or call +91 77962 52523.
Printed papers are included. Unlimited offline question papers, answer keys and OMR sheets for the whole year come with the College package — nothing extra to pay.
How to pay. Online (UPI, card, net banking), or by cheque / demand draft / NEFT-RTGS with a payment challan.
No GST. Sharp Computers is not registered for GST, so nothing is added on top of the agreed price; you receive a receipt, not a tax invoice.

What the MOU puts in writing
- The number of students covered and the exams they get.
- The price per student and the total, with the payment method.
- The term — 365 days from the day access starts.
- Whether printed papers with OMR are included, and on what terms.
- Your college name and logo on the platform, results and papers.
- That questions your college imports belong to your college and are visible to no one else.
- That student data is used only to run the tests — never sold or shared.
- Support: setup help and WhatsApp support, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
- Renewal terms at the end of the 365 days.

What we need to start
- Your college / institute name and a contact person.
- Your logo as an image file — it goes on papers and results.
- The student list in Excel: name, roll number, class, mobile and email.
- A phone or computer with internet for each student — theirs or the college's.
- A printer and a scanner (or just a phone camera) if you want OMR papers.
- One teacher as the coordinator, so tests and results have an owner.
Note: the platform, the questions and the printed papers are entirely in English.
