1. Who we are
The website https://sharptestseries.in and the Sharp Test Series service on it are
run by Sharp Computers (Proprietor: Santosh Suryawanshi), Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
Sharp Test Series is a brand of Sharp Computers; payments, receipts and agreements are in the name of Sharp Computers.
On this page, "we" means Sharp Computers, and "you" means the person or
organisation using this service.
By registering or by using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept
them, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
- Online Practice Tests and a question bank for the MHT-CET, JEE Main, NEET and BITSAT examinations.
- A result report after every Test — what went wrong, where time was spent and what to do next.
- Separate logins for Colleges and Institutes, running under their own name.
This is a practice service. It is not a board of education, a university or an
examination authority, and we have no official connection with any of them. The names
MHT-CET, JEE, NEET and BITSAT are used only to state which examination the practice
is for; they are the registered names of those examinations.
3. Account and age
- The details given at Registration must be correct. If a receipt or a result does
not reach you because the details were wrong, we are not responsible for it.
- An account is for one person. Giving your Login to someone else, sharing it or selling it is not allowed.
- Keeping your Login and password safe is your responsibility. If you notice that it is
being misused, it is the user's responsibility to inform us immediately.
- If the user is under 18 years of age, Registration and payment should be made with
the consent of a parent and under their supervision.
- If one account is found to be in use from several places at the same time, it may be
suspended temporarily.
4. Registration and payment
- Your Registration will be for one year only. The rates are given on the
Pricing page.
- Access begins as soon as the payment is made. Refunds are not given —
the details are in the Cancellation and Refunds policy.
- There is no automatic renewal; once the term ends, you have to make the Registration again yourself.
- We reserve the right to change the rates. A change applies from the next purchase —
it does not affect a Registration already made.
- Payments are accepted through Razorpay. As we do not have a GST registration, GST is not
charged and no Tax Invoice is issued; a receipt is given.
5. Ownership of content
- The questions, explanations, result reports and design on the website are the
property of Sharp Computers.
- Questions or other content must not be copied, shared as screenshots, printed, sold
or published anywhere else.
- If this is found, the account will be closed without any refund, and legal action
will be taken if we consider it necessary.
- Use for personal study is permitted — and for that purpose only.
6. Our limits — stated plainly
- Practice Tests are meant for study. We do not guarantee success, marks,
Percentile or admission in any examination.
- Questions and answers are checked carefully, but a mistake can remain. If you find
a mistake, please tell us — we will check it and correct it.
- The syllabus or the pattern of an examination can be changed by the authority concerned.
We try to keep our material up to date, but a change may not appear immediately.
- The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, or an Internet or
server problem. We try to keep such interruptions to a minimum, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for indirect loss caused by the use of the service. In any
situation, our liability will be limited to the amount you have paid.
7. Closing an account
If the terms above are broken — in particular, sharing questions or sharing a Login — we
can close the account at any time, and in such a case the amount paid is not refunded.
Where possible, an attempt will be made to give notice first.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change from time to time. The changed terms will be published on this
same page, along with the date shown above. Using the service after a change means that
you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Indian law will apply to these terms. If any dispute arises, it will be subject to
the jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
