In short
Sharp Test Series is a digital service. Access starts as soon as the payment
is made, so payments are not refunded.
This is why a free demo is provided — you can use the service yourself before paying.
Please register only after the demo has satisfied you.
1. Refunds
- Once a payment is made, it is not refunded for any reason — whether the service was used or not.
- The reason is that the account receives full access as soon as the payment is received — the question bank,
the tests and the result report. A service that has been delivered cannot be taken back.
- Partial refunds (for example, for the remaining months) are not given.
2. Cancellation
- You can stop the payment at any time before the process is completed — no money is deducted until then.
- After payment, the registration cannot be cancelled. It stays active until the period ends.
- When the period ends, it closes automatically. We do not renew it automatically and we do not deduct
money again — to use the service next year, you have to register again yourself.
3. Exception — payment deducted but service not received
The rule above is about refunds after the service has been delivered. The situations below are different:
- Money was deducted but the account did not start — if this happens because of a technical fault,
we either start the service or refund the full amount.
- The same registration was charged twice — the extra amount is refunded in full.

Please tell us within 7 days.
4. If a refund is approved
- The amount goes back by the same method it was paid — not to another account and not in cash.
- Processing starts within 5 to 7 working days of our approval. The bank may take a few more days
to credit the amount — that time is in the bank's hands.
- If a refund is given, access to that account is stopped immediately.
