Service Delivery Policy

In short

This is an entirely online service. Nothing is sent by post or courier. The account starts as soon as the payment is made, and you can use it from that moment.

1. What you get

• Your own login, used through the website
• The question bank and practice tests for the exams you select
• A detailed result report after every test
• A receipt for the payment — sent to your registered email address

No CD, book, printed material or any other physical item is sent.

2. When you get it

• Immediately. Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds.
• The receipt email is sent at the same time. If it does not arrive, please check Spam / Promotions.
• If there is a delay at the bank's or UPI's end, it may take a few minutes. If the delay is more than 30 minutes, please contact us.

3. How long it lasts

• A registration lasts 365 days — counted from the day of payment.
• When the period ends, access stops automatically. There is no automatic renewal.
• An internet connection is needed. If the connection breaks during a test, the answers are saved and you can continue from the same point once the connection is back.

4. Where you can use it

• Mobile, tablet or computer — through any modern browser.
• No separate app has to be downloaded.
• This service is for students in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. If something goes wrong

If you have paid but the login has not started, or the receipt has not arrived, please tell us at once:
