Sharp Test Series

A complete online practice-test platform for Colleges, Institutes and individual students — from importing your question bank to results with Percentile and Rank.

How it works

  • Question bank — import your own questions from Excel with subject, chapter, standard, difficulty and explanation, or use our checked bank.
  • Students — import your student list from Excel; a login is created for every student automatically.
  • Create a test — Chapter-wise, Full Syllabus, or in the exam pattern, where the marks and negative marking are filled in for you.
  • Students write the test online — on their phone or computer. A timer counts down, and a side panel shows every question as answered, not answered or marked to revisit. The result opens the moment they submit.
  • Result analysis — Percentile for the test and for every subject, overall Rank, and an explanation for each wrong answer. Percentile and Rank open once 20 or more students have taken the same test.

Note: the platform, the questions and the printed papers are entirely in English.

Offline Question Papers — for Colleges and Institutes

  • MCQ papers — available now: full papers in the MHT-CET, JEE Main + Advanced, NEET or BITSAT pattern, or chapter-wise papers. Each paper comes with an OMR sheet and an Answer Key as PDFs, carrying your college name and logo. Scan or photograph the filled OMR sheets, upload them, and the marks are calculated for you.
  • Theory (written) papers — HSC Board pattern: Chapter Test, Unit Test and Term End, with Sections A, B, C and D, model answers and a marking scheme. Papers are built from the chapters that are ready in our checked bank, and new chapters are added every week. 11th Annual and 12th Prelim cover the whole syllabus, so they open subject by subject as soon as every chapter of that subject is ready. Sample papers are below.

Analysis of a wrong answer

A body of mass 2 kg moving at 3 m/s collides head-on with a body of mass 1 kg moving at 4 m/s in the opposite direction. If the collision is perfectly inelastic, their common velocity is —

B. 3.33 m/sYour answer
C. 0.67 m/s✓ Correct answer
Common Mistake The opposite-direction velocity is used as +4 instead of −4, which gives 10/3 = 3.33 m/s — exactly option B.
Fix Fix one direction as positive before writing anything down, then put a minus sign on every velocity pointing the other way.
Steps p = 2(3) + 1(−4) = 2 kg·m/s → perfectly inelastic, so both move together → 2 = (2+1)v → v = 0.67 m/s

Every wrong answer opens with a Common Mistake — where students usually slip — and Fix / Steps, the correct method. The student sees why the answer went wrong, not only what the right answer was.
